  • Clearance or discounted items (non-refundable unless faulty)


2. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Refund amount will exclude delivery or service charges


3. Exchange Policy

If you received a wrong or defective item:

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost

  • The original product must be returned in unused condition


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components that have been installed

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Custom orders


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we cover the cost
